What words should I use in my will?

Simply put, your will must clearly reflect your last wishes: The simple rule is “Keep your language clear, simple and unambiguous”

Your will should be taken at face value, using strictly literal interpretations.

Courts will consider the testator’s (this is you) intention in using particular words, and not merely the meanings of the words themselves..

With WillMonkey Online Will – all the legal verbiage is taken care of. You just need to answer questions and tell us who you want to leave things for.
